You can not replace the cholesterol-lowering drug selected by the doctor with the dietary supplement Cardiostatil. Dietary supplements are designed to supplement dietary deficiencies and possibly support health, and in this case maintain normal cholesterol levels. This preparation will not lower cholesterol levels to the appropriate level, as zahron. We wrote more about the difference between dietary supplements and medicines here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-roznia-sie-leki-od-suplementow If you do not feel well after Zahron, you should report it to the attending physician, who will introduce modifications to the treatment so that you do not suffer from unpleasant side effects. What's more, reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Side effects of drugs can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg loy-side-effect-0
