Does passing loose stool a few hours after taking the Atywia Daily tablet affect its effectiveness?

Hello. I have been taking contraception since 14 days atywia Daily. Always at 13:00. At 10:10 p.m., I had a disposable loose, waterier stool. I did not take an extra tablet from the bilistra, because I thought that more than 4 hours had passed. Could it have affected the contraceptive effect?
