Skipping a tablet in the first week of use - what to do?

I have been taking Yasminelle birth control pills for about 5 years. After a 7-day break, I took the first and second tablets from the blister, and the third I forgot to take and took only together with the fourth tablet (2 at a time). On this 3rd day there was intercourse but ejaculation was outside. Can I get pregnant? I am 40 years old.

Theoretically, if intercourse has occurred within the 7 days preceding the omission of the tablet, the possibility of pregnancy should be taken into account. However, taking into account the fact that the described intercourse did not end with ejaculation inside the vagina, this probability is small. Due to the fact that the effectiveness of contraception in the next 7 days after skipping the tablet may be impaired, an additional method of contraception, e.g. a condom, should be used for another week.
