Hello, I use a pylera I have developed swelling of the ankles, which leads to numbness of the feet, should I postpone the drug? (I have degeneration of the spine in the thoracic region, a slight lack of sensation in the thigh, calf and hand)

When using Pylera, sensory disturbances, numbness may occur. These are uncommon side effects. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65474/pylera-kapsulki/ulotka/34163 Self-discontinuation of drugs is contraindicated, if the side effects that occur significantly affect health and pose a threat to it, further treatment with Pylera should be consulted with a doctor who will be able to assess the appropriateness of further therapy knowing the patient's condition. I encourage you to report side effects of medicines: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I enclose materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki
