How long should I wear a Ginoring disc if I had to pull out Polaring after 1 week of use?

Change the anti disc from Polaring to Ginoring. On August 27, I put on the Polaring disc, but on September 6 I noticed that it broke and the gynecologist prescribed me ginoring, the same day I pulled out The Polaring and put Ginoring. When I put on a new disc on September 6, should I wear it 3 weeks, or two counting the previous disc that I wore a week?

As Polaring and Ginoring are preparations containing exactly the same doses of active substances, the most recommended will be to wear a new disc for 2 weeks, after which to take a week off. According to the available information, the disc should not remain in the vagina for a maximum of 4 weeks, so considering the use of Polaring for 1 week, wearing the current disc for the recommended 3 weeks would also not be a mistake, because the limit of 4 weeks will not be exceeded.
