Good morning. I take midiane. The last tablet before the 7-day break I take on Thursdays. So I did now. Yesterday I reflexively accepted another one, which is one too many. From Friday I already have a break for 7 days. What should I do? Another take next Saturday instead of Friday?

In the case described in the question, it will be most convenient and without affecting the effectiveness of contraceptive pills to maintain the current pill intake schedule, i.e. the next bilster to start on Friday.
