The symptoms described by you are among the side effects that may occur during Metronidazole therapy. Unfortunately, there is no information on how long side effects after treatment can last, this time may be different in different patients. Metronidazole is almost completely eliminated from the body after about 2 days. The described visual disturbances, dizziness are recognized as transient symptoms, however, they should not be underestimated. The occurrence of the described symptoms for three weeks after the end of the treatment can be considered worrying. In order to diagnose and determine the cause of malaise, you should contact a doctor who will order appropriate tests. I enclose information about the possibility of teleadvice - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Occurring side effects during drug therapy should be reported, I attach information on this subject: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
