How is the effect in the first week of each use of the Adaring disc?
I've been using adaring discs for a few months and I'm wondering how it works. I put it in for 3 weeks and take it out for one and this week without a disc I know I'm protected, but how is it with this first week of every use?

If you use the disc correctly and follow the leaflet for timely application of the disc, then contraceptive protection is continuous. Protection during the break is also provided, but its condition is the application of the next disc on time. This means that the first week with the new disc is also secured. According to the drug's documentation: "If the establishment of the new system is delayed by more than 3 hours, its contraceptive effectiveness may be reduced."
