Liberelle tablets should be used at about the same time each day. Preferably with a delay of not more than 30 minutes, so as not to lead to mid-cycle spotting. I am attaching a study that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
