Can I use Betmiga if I have coronary artery disease?

I was diagnosed with an overactive bladder (a long time ago), recently the urologist recommended betmiga 50 mg. I have a wreath, I take Nebilet, and in the leaflet of the drug Betmiga I was concerned about the inf. about atrial fibrillation. I'm afraid of a new drug, is it right?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, atrial fibrillation is an uncommon side effect of Betmiga: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10499/betmiga-tabletki/ulotka/182481 This is just a good example of possible complications of long-term treatment, requiring appropriate precautions to be taken during treatment. This does not mean, however, that this complication will occur in you. Please note that the leaflet of the drug only gives a statistical probability of the occurrence of a given side effect, but does not allow to determine whether a particular effect will occur in a given person. I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow
