The doctor had in mind 2 op. Vines 84 tablets each. The pharmacist may as well give you 6 packs of 28 tablets.
On the prescription it is written: 2 op. Vines (168 tablets), and in a package of 28 tablets, it may mean that I can already buy 3 packs?

No, if you have a prescription for 2 packages of the drug, the pharmacy can not give you a third, because the prescription shows two, not three. Vines blocks ovulation, so your intercourse did not take place on the day of ovulation.

Contraceptive protection should be maintained. However, please bear in mind that despite starting to take the drug on the 3rd day of the cycle, you should take the first, not the third active pill. Therefore, before you start taking placebo pills, you should take three omitted active tablets from the first week for 3 days.
