Hello. What will be better to beat apap fever, ibuprom sprite caps or polopyrin complex for an adult? Fever 39 degrees. Great weakness and pain in muscles and joints, there are no other ailments.

With a fever above 38°C, Apap may not be effective. Then you should take drugs from the NSAID group (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), e.g. Ibuprom Sprint Caps or Polopyrin Complex - you should decide on one of the preparations.
