Hello. I take azaleas already 14 months because I am breastfeeding, in December 2 times after such a long time there was bleeding but scanty which lasted up to 8 hours. Later in January, also at a similar time, I was bleeding red blood again, also a few hours only. Is something wrong? Is contraception still fulfilling its function? Gynecological examinations ok cytology also what should I think about it? I will add that I still want to feed and I care about contraception.

Irregular bleeding (or spotting) from the genital tract may occur while taking Azalia. Bleeding may also not occur at all. Irregular bleeding does not affect the effect of the drug and does not mean that the contraceptive effect is reduced. According to the leaflet: "In general, there is no need to take any action, it is enough to continue using Azalia. However, if the bleeding is heavy or lasts longer, you should consult a doctor."
