The simultaneous use of Pramolan and Mirzaten drugs may lead to their additive effect on the serotonergic system and an increased risk of the so-called serotonin syndrome, which may manifest as hyperthermia (increased body temperature), muscle stiffness and convulsions, impaired consciousness and confusion, excitability and delirium. If the above symptoms occur, contact your doctor immediately and stop treatment. If these drugs are used as directed by the doctor, and the patient is under constant control - there are no contraindications to their combination.
