If I had to take an extra pill after vomiting, will reducing the time of using Zoely tablets by 1 day affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Good morning I take zoely tablets and vomited so I took another tablet from the same blister because I don't have a spare one. My question is, will this one day of taking less pills change a lot?

W przypadku, gdy wymioty wystąpiły po mniej niż 3-4 h od momentu zażycia tabletki i zastosowała Pani kolejną tabletkę z blistra, nie wpłynęło to na skuteczność antykoncepcji. Może Pani zakończyć blister o 1 dzień wcześniej. Może to spowodować przesunięcie dnia wystąpienia krwawienia z odstawienia, ale nie wpłynie na skuteczność antykoncepcji:
