Can antidepressants cause hypertension?

Can pramolan cause an increase in pressure? I take prestarium 5mg and bisocard 2.5. From 3 days of use of pramolan, the pressure increases to 155/102. Could the same be true with asertin?

Wśród działań niepożądanych obserwowanych podczas stosowania leku Pramolan zgłaszano niedociśnienie. Nadciśnienie zgłaszano natomiast jako rzadki skutek uboczny leku Asertin.

W przypadku zaobserwowania wzrostu ciśnienia tętniczego krwi podczas jednoczesnego stosowania obu wspomnianych leków należy skonsultować to z lekarzem. Jeśli do tej pory nie miała Pani problemów ze zbyt wysokim ciśnieniem krwi, nie można wykluczyć, że powodem nadciśnienia jest jeden ze stosowanych leków bądź ich połączenie.
