Nie, absolutnie nie jest. Leki zawierają inne substancje czynne, w Metocardzie obecny jest Metoprolol, natomiast w leku Mydocalm - Tolperyzon.
Metocard znajduje zastosowanie w leczeniu nadciśnienia oraz zaburzeń pracy serca, natomiast Mydocalm jest lekiem rozluźniającym mięśnie szkieletowe, znajduje zastosowanie w leczeniu chorób neurologicznych. Leków w żadnym wypadku nie wolno traktować jako swoje zamienniki.
