Can Egzysta reduce the feeling of pain and can it mask the pain associated with knee rupture?

Biore exyste for a year prescribed dose by the attending physician, me for 4 years for depression was 300 mg in the morning and evening. Later, I increased the injured dose to 600 mg on my own, but I generally feel dodrze but I wonder if this drug can reduce the feeling of pain so much. I'm interested in this because I had a broken hip that year, and it wasn't until after 4 months that the doctors noticed it, they treated me for a while, even though I was talking about hip pain. Now recently I fell over again this razo I feel knee pain. Which is not so strong when performing daily activities I wonder if it is possible for me to have a ruptured knee now, and the exysta causes less sensation of pain
