At the outset, it should be noted that Pylera and Afobam are prescription drugs, so the legitimacy and need for their simultaneous use should be determined by a doctor. So please follow your doctor's instructions. As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:
The use of both drugs at the same time may increase and prolong the effects of Afobam. The risk of side effects such as decreased appetite, depression, confusion, decreased libido, excessive sedation and drowsiness, impaired motor coordination, speech and concentration disorders, headache and dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, dry mouth, nausea, fatigue and irritability increases.
If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is advisable to determine whether these medications can be used at the same time and whether there is a need to change their dosage.
