Can I take ibuprofen more than a day after drinking alcohol?

From Monday to Tuesday I was at a party and I drank enough. Today is Wednesday, I have a sore throat and I had a fever of up to 39 degrees. At 8:30 p.m. I took 400mg of ibuprofen. Can something happen to me?

If you are concerned about the interaction between alcohol and ibuprofen, then from what I understand, alcohol has already been metabolized from your system for more than a day. You can continue your treatment.
