Usually, a 4-6 hour break between doses is recommended.
For Ibuprom Gulf:
"Do not take more than 6 tablets per day (maximum daily dose of 1200 mg and buprofen and 180 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in divided doses).
The lowest effective dose, for the shortest period of time, should be used to relieve symptoms. If it is necessary to use the medicinal product for more than 3 days or if the patient's condition deteriorates, the patient should contact his doctor."
Pyralgina:
"Adults and adolescents 15 years of age or older (>53 kg) may be given a maximum of 1000 mg metamizole as a single dose no more than 4 times daily at intervals of 6 to 8 hours, corresponding to a maximum daily dose of 4000 mg."
