Good morning, I use Evra patches, I change the patches every week on Wednesday. For the last two weeks I've been doing it properly, unfortunately I forgot to change from the second to the third patch. After 4 days from the correct day of changing the patch, my period started (which is 6 days too early) I applied the third patch anyway. Should I take it off now or wait until that proper "Patch Change Day"?

The procedure in the summary of product characteristics should be followed:
"Delay of more than two days (48 hours or more):
A woman may not be protected against becoming pregnant. Stop your current contraceptive course and start a new four-week cycle immediately with a new EVRA patch. So there is a new "Day 1" and a "Patch Change Day". For the first 7 days of the new cycle, you should use a non-hormonal method of contraception at the same time."
To sum up - you have applied a new plaster and from that day on, a new cycle counts. The change should take place one week after application, and the bleeding break should take place only after the packaging is finished.
