Can I drink alcohol while taking Amoxicilin 875/125?

In general, it is recommended to refrain from consuming alcohol while taking antibiotics. Alcohol can affect your body's ability to process medications, which can reduce their effectiveness or increase the risk of side effects. In addition, some antibiotics can cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, headaches, which can be exacerbated in the presence of alcohol. In my opinion, for the duration of the use of the drug and a few days after the end of the treatment, abstinence from alcohol consumption should be maintained.
