Does my gynaecologist see my other prescriptions from specialists, such as a cardiologist or diabetologist, and can these medications affect the effectiveness of the Kyleena IUD?

Will the gynaecologist know about my treatment with doctors of other specialties (cardiologist, diabetologist) and the medications I take?
I have a kylena IUD and don't the medications reduce its effectiveness.

No, the gynaecologist does not have access to the treatment provided by other specialists. If you have any concerns, tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking.
Cardiac and diabetes medications do not affect the effectiveness of the Kyleena IUD and protection will be maintained.
