Good morning, I have been taking Naraya tablets (21 pcs.) for a year. This month the withdrawal bleeding appeared a day later, tomorrow I should start another pack, but I still have quite heavy bleeding with clots (7th day of withdrawal). Usually on this day the bleeding was already trace. Is this normal?

It is difficult to estimate what may be the cause of the bleeding disorder based on such a short description. The intensity of bleeding may be related to hormonal changes. The cause of more heavy bleeding may be excessive thickening of the endometrium as a result of too intense response to hormonal stimulation with the active ingredients of the preparation. However, this does not affect the effectiveness of the tablets or the overall condition of the body. In this case, I encourage you to make an appointment with the attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. With birth control pills, any bleeding disorders should be consulted with a gynecologist.
