A runny nose, or "rhinitis", is nothing more than rhinitis occurring, for example, during a cold or allergy. For many parents, a runny nose in a child means sleepless nights. How to deal with it? The child's nose should first of all be cleaned - for this purpose, a nasal aspirator and a spray with sea water will work for the youngest. In the fight against runny nose and stuffy nose, slices, gels and bath lotions with essential oils of eucalyptus or marjoram will also work, and irritation of the nasal mucosa will be relieved by nasal sprays with the addition of moisturizing ingredients such as dexpanthenol, ectoine or hyaluronic acid.
