Yes, both forms will have the same effect. According to the Pharmaceutical Law, "different oral pharmaceutical forms with immediate release are considered to be the same pharmaceutical form". Thus, ordinary Elicea tablets can be turned into forms that disintegrate in the mouth. If something worries you, I encourage you to consult with your doctor in order to agree on the legitimacy of such a change.
