If you later wear Ginoring, does the risk of pregnancy increase?
Good morning, I put on the ginoring disc on the 3rd day of the cycle, but I did not use additional protection for the first 7 days. Is there a real chance of getting pregnant?

In this case, there is a greater probability of getting pregnant, so if intercourse occurred at that time, it is worth taking a pregnancy test in about 4 weeks. The Ginoring disc should be inserted on the first day of the cycle, i.e. on the first day of menstruation. It can also be inserted later, i.e. between the second and fifth day of the cycle, but in this case for the first 7 days it is recommended to use an additional method of contraception, e.g. a condom.
