Can I take Doreta and Olfen if I have varicose veins and have had thrombosis before?

Good morning, the doctor assigned me olfen and doreta for low back pain. He did not ask me about existing diseases and I have varicose veins and I had previously had thrombosis. Can I still take these medications? Vein diseases are a contraindication to taking olfen. Thank you for your reply.

There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. With chronic use of both drugs, there is an increased risk of kidney dysfunction. Blood clotting time may also increase. If the drugs were prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosage regimen. Please also perform the ordered blood tests regularly. In case of changes in the amount or color of urine, colic, pain located above the sacral part of the spine, tarry coloration of feces, delayed blood clotting after minor injuries, spontaneous bruising, or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your doctor. Olfen is contraindicated in thrombosis, because clinical and epidemiological studies show that taking high doses (150mg / day) for a long period (over a year) may increase the risk of arterial thromboembolic events (e.g. heart attack or stroke).
