Good morning, I suffer from hypothyroidism, I have irregular menstruation, this month I have a complete lack of a period where it should be at the beginning of the month plus minus of course with a week of time after all I do not have it further and the tests and Beta HCG contradict pregnancy. If your cycles are irregular, it is difficult to answer whether ovulation has already occurred, will occur or maybe it did not exist at all and will not be, and this cycle will be anovulatory.
