Does propranolol cause heart disorders?

Good morning, for three months I have been taking Propranolol three times a day and there are days that when I measure the pressure it shows on the blood pressure monitor a second heart, indicating arrhythmia, generally in addition to this pressure in the norm and pulse 58, 60. However, I am concerned about the fact that since 19.00 I feel a difficult to determine, albeit disturbing work of the heart. Can the drug affect this?

It cannot be clearly confirmed or excluded that the symptoms described are related to the medicine used. I encourage you to consult your primary care physician, who, if he considers it used, performs an ECG test or orders a 24-hour ECG measurement using a holter.
