What exactly is the anticoagulant you have in mind? Most anticoagulants do not interact with Amoksiklav and can be safely combined. However, if you use warfarin (Warfin) or acenocoumarol (Acenocoumarol WZF, Sintrom), it is worth watching for unusual bleeding. They are unlikely, so the drugs can be used together, however, the manufacturer advises caution.
