Today I received a prescription drug Apo-Napro (tablets, 250 mg) and Atecortin (suspension - eye drops). Both should be used 2 times a day, but I noticed on the Internet that these drugs give an interaction. The doctor, as well as the pharmacist at the pharmacy, did not inform me about it. Should I somehow separate these drugs, and if so, how?

The risk of the interactions you mention exists when the substances in Atecortin are taken orally. These substances given to the eyes are practically not absorbed into the general circulation, therefore the risk of possible interactions is negligible. The drugs Apo-Napro and Atecortin can be safely combined. It is also not necessary to keep any special breaks between medications.
