These drugs should be used very carefully under strict medical supervision. Concomitant use of benzodiazepines (e.g., Afobam) with barbiturates (e.g., Bellergot) may lead to summation of the depressive effect of these drugs on the cns central nervous system. This can be manifested by excessive calming, drowsiness and slowing down the reaction. In addition, in separate studies, the stimulating effect of phenobarbital on metabolism and a decrease in serum alprazolam concentrations was described. The patient should be monitored for increased CNS effects (e.g. increased somnolence) with concomitant use. In the case of such a combination, driving vehicles and performing other activities requiring increased psychomotor activity should also be avoided. User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
