Dexak is a drug that is indicated for short-term treatment of acute pain. It should not be used for more than 3-4 days. If after this time you have not noticed any improvement, I recommend consulting a doctor. If you have not also developed any ailments, i.e. nausea, vomiting or dizziness, the drug should not harm.
