Hi, is it possible to use Divascan (iprazochrome) and Dutilox (duloxetine) at the same time? The first one inhibits serotonin and the second one increases its concentration, so I have concerns about whether they can be combined? Thank you in advance for your reply.

The combined use of Dutilox and Divascan should be based on the recommendation of one doctor. Divascan has a local antagonistic effect on serotonin, reduces the permeability of blood vessels, inhibits the local formation of migraine attacks. In contrast, Dulsevia increases the concentration of serotonin and norepinephrine in the central nervous system. It is likely that concomitant medications may interact with each other. The combined use of medications should be strictly determined by the attending physician: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/91014/dutilox-kapsulki/ulotka/217052 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/24028/divascan-tabletki/ulotka/12545 I encourage you to familiarize yourself with additional materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/migrena-niezwykly-bol-glowy https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/depresja https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-migrene https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-depresje
