Is there any difference in the action of an ordinary probiotic and an oral gynecological probiotic?

Is there any difference in the action of an ordinary probiotic (e.g. Florcontrol) and an oral gynecological probiotic (e.g. Intifem)? I know that they may differ in the strain of bacteria, but will the effect of taking it still be the same? It is specifically about increasing resistance to intimate infections.

For the prevention of intimate infections, a gynecological probiotic with a strain or strains of bacteria specific to the vaginal microflora should be used. Probiotics differ in origin, type and number of strains, number of live bacteria, category of availability or presence of evidence of clinical efficacy. Evidence of the effectiveness of a particular strain in a given indication applies only to it and cannot be transferred to others. Therefore, the use of "any" probiotic to increase the immunity of vaginal tissues is unlikely to bring the desired result. A healthy vagina is inhabited by lactobacilli, which bind to the receptors of vaginal epithelial cells, which blocks access to pathogenic bacteria. They also produce lactic acid, which acidifies the vaginal environment, creating favorable conditions for maintaining a proper vaginal ecosystem. Lactobacillus lactobacillus spp. they also secrete anti-inflammatory compounds, bacteriocins or hydrogen peroxide that have a destructive effect on harmful bacteria, such as E. coli. Strains of bacteria in probiotic products for vaginal use should belong to the physiological flora of the vagina or show affinity for the vaginal epithelium. Administration of probiotics into the vagina causes rapid colonization (settlement) of beneficial bacteria. In contrast, oral gynecological probiotics colonize the anus and vagina, thanks to which they prevent the migration of pathogens from the anus (mainly yeast). However, this process is more long-lasting - it takes up to about two weeks, and the "full effect" is obtained after a few weeks.
