With low magnesium levels, what magnesium is best?
With a low level of magnesium, what magnesium to take and what is the best? I have been taking Magne B 6 forte + vitamin D3 for seven months (Wigalex forte 2000) and I have low magnesium levels all the time. I would like to change it to another . Please let me know.

Please remember that the concentration of magnesium in the blood serum is not a good marker of the level of this element in the body, because it does not reflect the state of systemic magnesium. Even with a large deficit, the Mg content in the blood can remain within the limits of normal. This is due to the possibility of shifting the magnesium pool from and to cells and bones.
