What to do if after each intercourse with a partner I get painful cystitis?

The day after each intercourse with my partner, I get painful cystitis, now there was even blood in the urine. After intercourse, he usually feels a slight pain in the vagina. How can I remedy this? Should I do any research?

It is worth consulting a general practitioner or gynecologist. Perhaps the specialist will order, for example, a general urine test and urine culture - then it will be possible to check whether these symptoms are associated with a recurrent bacterial infection. The gynecologist can also perform cytology and transvaginal ultrasound, which will help diagnose the cause of pain in the vagina. On an ad hoc basis, you can use drugs for cystitis, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/zakazenie-drog-moczowych
