If you have in mind Tran Hasco 500 mg capsules: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87958/tran-hasco-kapsulki/ulotka/209122 according to the leaflet, children from 4 years of age can take 1 to 2 capsules a day. The composition of liver oil (fish oil) includes vitamins A and D and unsaturated fatty acids. Vibovit jelly beans come in several versions, but to the best of my knowledge, each of them contains vitamins A and D (and additional ingredients). Therefore, you should not give another product with these vitamins, as this creates a risk of overdose. If you have doubts about what and in what doses to supplement your daughter, it is advisable to contact a pediatrician. An important source of vitamins and minerals is also a properly balanced diet.
