What can be used for pain when defecating (most likely caused by a hemorrhoid) if I use Xarelto?

Good morning. What can be taken for pain in the anus when defecating on one side (I assume that internal hemorrhoids because 3 weeks I sat and mainly lay) while taking Concor cor on the heart and Xarelto on blood thinning at pulmonary embolism. Unfortunately, there is no deadline for either the internist or the protologist on Monday I have a visit to the surgeon only. I'm afraid that maybe it will be a shambles and with Xarelto there will be some kind of hemorrhage.
