Can Mesopral cause muscle and joint pain?

Hello, I have pytanko related to taking Mesopral, for some time I feel pain in muscles and joints and symptoms typical of the lack of magnesium and potassium or can it be caused by the side effects of Mesopral? U pacjentów leczonych inhibitorami pompy protonowej przez co najmniej trzy miesiące odnotowano przypadki wstępowania hipomagnezemii. Jeśli bierze Pan lek dopiero przez dwa tygodnie, a ponadto przyjmuje Pan magnez w postaci suplementu, to wydaje się, że ryzyko wystąpienia niedoboru magnezu jest niskie. Jednoznacznie poziom magnezu i potasu można sprawdzić wykonując badanie laboratoryjne.

Bóle mięśni lub stawów są możliwym, ale rzadkim działaniem niepożądanym leku Mesopral - mogą wystąpić u 1 na 1000 pacjentów.
