I had my covid swab taken on Friday, it's Monday and I...

On Friday I had a swab taken for covid, it's Monday and I still have a dead ear, I hear a squeak in it, which clogged just after taking the smear. I will add that I have pharyngitis. Is it possible that the uat least got lost in connection with a poorly made smear?
