What is the difference between Gynalgin 10 pcs in the shaginal and Metronidazole 10 pcs in the shaginal?

Good morning! I would like to know what is the difference between gynalgin 10 pcs snaginally and metronidazole 10 pcs shaginally. Thank you

Gynalgin to tabletki dopochwowe o złożonym składzie - jedna tabletka zawiera 250 mg metronidazolu i 100 mg chlorochinaldolu. Metronidazol działa przeciwbakteryjnie głównie na bakterie beztlenowe oraz przeciwpierwotniakowo. Chlorochinaldol charakteryzuje się natomiast działaniem przeciwbakteryjnym, przeciwgrzybiczym i przeciwpierwotniakowym. Gynalgin wykazuje skuteczność w leczeniu stanów zapalnych pochwy wywołanych jednoczesnym występowaniem bakterii, rzęsistka pochwowego oraz grzybów.

Metronidazol Polpharma tabletki dopochwowe zawiera wyłącznie 500 mg (a więc większą dawkę) samego metronidazolu. Lek będzie miał nieco węższe wskazania - stosowany jest do miejscowego leczenia rzęsistkowicy i bakteryjnego zapalenia pochwy wywołanego przez wybrane drobnoustroje.
