What is caused by a sleep problem during treatment?
I have been taking for 3 days at a dose of 3 tab.per day. for a day the drug calms me down. After the night, I get up tired and sore. I also wake up at night. What could be the cause?

Generalnie należałoby przeanalizować kwestie czy ma Pani zdiagnozowane choroby przewlekłe. Istotne jest jaki styl życia Pani prowadzi, jak dużo jest aktywności fizycznej, jaka jest masa ciała.
Problemy ze snem mają bardzo szeroką etiologię: podłoże psychogenne ( nerwica, zaburzenia depresyjne), niewłaściwy rytm dobowy, dieta, używki. Często w chorobach układu oddechowego m.in astma, POCHP, bezdech senny mamy do czynienia z zaburzeniami snu, uczuciem niewyspania.
