Are medicines bought at the pharmacy refundable?

Hello, are the medicines bought at the pharmacy refundable? Because they were sold urine test strips for the presence of sugar (Keto-Diastix) and I wanted a general urine test of the head blood in the urine.

Co do zasady - zwrotów do aptek nie ma. Niemniej jednak, pacjent ma prawo oddać zakupiony w aptece produkt leczniczy lub wyrób medyczny, domagając się zwrotu pieniędzy w dwóch przypadkach – z powodu wady jakościowej danego artykułu lub jego niewłaściwego wydania. W każdej innej sytuacji farmaceuta nie może uznać reklamacji. W opisanym przez Panią przypadku (o ile błąd wydania leżał po stronie farmaceuty, lub wynikał z niewłaściwej komunikacji) może Pani zadzwonić do apteki lub udać się do niej osobiście i spróbować wymienić paski na te o które Pani chodziło.
