Can I use Helicid with vitamin B12 and vitamin D3?
Hi I wanted to ask if I can use helicid 10 together with vitamin B12 spray and vitamin D3 at a dose of 30000jm once every 3tyd?

Omeprazol, substancja lecznicza zawarta w leku Helicid może zmniejszać wchłanianie witaminy B12 (cyjanokobalaminy) z przewodu pokarmowego.
Należy zachować przynajmniej 2 godziny odstępu między tymi lekami.
Należy też pamiętać, że długotrwałe stosowanie omeprazolu, może właśnie poprzez zmniejszenie wchłania witaminy B12 doprowadzić do jej niedoboru i konieczności jej suplementacji. Oczywiście należy wtedy monitorować poziom witaminy B12 poprzez regularne badania.
Omeprazol, zawarty w leku Helicid, nie ma wpływu na witaminę D3.
