For @Sonia: Combining Acard and Ginkofar/Bilobil (or other ginkgo biloba-based preparations) is not advisable because it increases the risk of bleeding. However, there are no contraindications to taking Acard during Alvesco treatment. Instead of Ginkofar / Bilobil, lecithin-based preparations can be used, which support memory and concentration and can be safely combined with Acard and Alvesco. W przypadku jednoczesnego przyjmowania leku Bilobil intense z lekami, które zapobiegają krzepnięciu krwi, takim jak kwas acetylosalicylowy - substancja czynna leku Acard i inne niesteroidowe leki przeciwzapalne), może to wpływać na ich działanie, dlatego oba leki można łączyć dopiero po uprzedniej konsultacji z lekarzem.
Nie ma przeciwwskazań do stosowania leku Bilobil Intense przy stanie przedcukrzycowym, aczkolwiek należy poinformować o przyjmowaniu miłorzębu diabetologa prowadzącego terapię.
