Is it possible to choose 7 birth control pills from a new blister?
Can I extend the cycle by taking 21 active tablets from one leverette pack and then instead of taking another 7 active tablets from the second pack and only then take a break? Or should I take 2 whole packs without interruption? I want to postpone the period for the sake of the trip, but as a rule, as I combined all the packaging, there were persistent spotting. So can I take the tablets for 28 days and only then take a break?

Dziękuję za odpowiedź. Jest to mój blister "awaryjny", w kolejnym cyklu wzięłabym normalnie 21 tabletek aktywnych

Nie, nie powinna Pani stosować takiego schematu. Aby być skutecznie chronioną przed ciążą, należy przyjąć co najmniej 15 tabletek aktywnych z blistra.
Jeśli zażyje Pani 7 tabletek z nowego opakowania, to na następny cykl pozostanie Pani tylko 14 tabletek aktywnych, co nie zapewni właściwej ochrony.
Zdecydowanie lepszym rozwiązaniem byłoby przyjęcie mniej niż 7 pigułek z nowego blistra, np. 1-6.
