Nie ma przeciwwskazań do stosowania Rutinoscorbinu u osób cierpiących na chorobę Leśniowskiego-Crohna. Ponieważ lek wchłania się głównie w jelicie cienkim, nie podrażnia żołądka.
Na ból gardła stosować można natomiast preparat, np. w postaci sprayu u działaniu przeciwbólowym i miejscowo znieczulającym.
